Wim van Melick has over 25 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry, currently serving as the Director of Growing Talent at Ogilvy | Social.Lab Amsterdam since January 2005. Prior to this role, Wim held the position of Chairman at Ogilvy Group Nederland from January 1995 to January 2000 and was a member of the worldwide Board at OgilvyOne worldwide during the same period.
