Michelle Lins has extensive experience in research and insights management, currently serving as Research & Insights Manager at Ogilvy Brasil since December 2011. Previous roles within the same company include Supervisor and Coordinator of Media Intelligence, where responsibilities involved target behavior analysis, media consumption studies, and market analysis. Prior to Ogilvy Brasil, Michelle worked at Havas Worldwide Brasil as a Media Research Assistant and at Kantar IBOPE Media focused on advertising investment research. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Communication Research from the Universidade de São Paulo and a bachelor's degree in Social Communication - Advertising and Propaganda from Centro Universitário Ibero-Americano.
