Gavin MacMillan

Gavin MacMillan is a seasoned advertising professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Managing Partner at Ogilvy Australia since June 2012, Gavin has also held the position of Head of Strategy within the company. Prior to this role, experience includes strategic planning leadership at DDB Melbourne from 2007 to June 2012, with titles such as Strategic Planning Director and Associate Planning Director. Gavin's earlier career saw roles at RKCR/Y&R, Y&R Europe, and Y&R Mattingly, where foundational skills in planning were developed. Gavin holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a degree in Business, Marketing from Monash University.
