Hayley Flesch

Hayley Flesch has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Hayley is currently working at Ogilvy Australia as a Talent Acquisition Lead for the AUNZ region since 2023. Before that, they worked at WPP as a Talent Acquisition Lead and Talent Partner for the AUNZ region from 2021 to 2022. Prior to WPP, they worked at Pepperstone as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for AU & EMEA from 2020 to 2021. Hayley also worked as a Freelance Talent Partner for AKQA, a Freelance Talent Acquisition Consultant for Publicis Communications, and a Group Talent Partner for WPP between 2019 and 2020. Before moving to Australia, Hayley worked at Havas London as a Talent Acquisition Partner for the UK from 2018 to 2019. Hayley began their career at FOR London Ltd in 2013, first as a Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant specializing in creative and design roles. Hayley also gained experience as a Model Booker at Models Plus from 2012 to 2013.

From 2009 to 2012, Hayley Flesch attended Nottingham Trent University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Photography.
