Jeremy Arrowood has been working in the IT field since 2015. Starting off as an Enterprise Repair Specialist at Windstream, Jeremy has moved up to become an IT Helpdesk Specialist. Jeremy then worked as a Team Lead/Customer Service Specialist at BattleCat Sports before joining Ogletree Deakins as a Senior Site Support Technician and Site Support Specialist. Jeremy's expertise lies in Windows OS and application software installation, repair, and support, as well as imaging, deployment, and support of various devices and peripherals. Throughout their career, Jeremy has been responsible for front line customer support and communication with technical teams to ensure issue resolution. Jeremy holds an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University.
