Sage Stone

Sage Stone is a Senior Associate Attorney at Ogletree Deakins since November 2019, specializing in the defense of single-plaintiff employment cases related to FEHA/ADA claims, wage and hour disputes under the Labor Code, and employee misclassification, as well as trade secrets misappropriation in state and federal courts and arbitration. Prior to this role, Sage served as an Associate Attorney at Kimball, Tirey & St. John from May 2017 to October 2019, managing a litigation practice focused on real estate, employment, and civil rights, achieving significant legal victories including a summary judgment and a substantial attorney fee award. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate Attorney at Consumer Action Law Group from June 2015 to April 2017, where responsibilities included drafting dispositive motions and negotiating settlements in employment and civil litigation. Sage holds a Juris Doctorate from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
