Courtney Murphy

Courtney Murphy is currently the Chief People Officer for Ogilvy North America, a position held since January 2023, following the role of Global People Director at Ogilvy Health from May 2022 to January 2023. Previously, Courtney served at Hill Holliday from March 2012 to May 2022 in various senior human resources roles, including Executive Vice President-Director of Talent and Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Earlier experience includes multiple positions at Digitas from May 1999 to March 2012, culminating as Vice President Director of Human Resources. Courtney Murphy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Eastern Connecticut State University, where studies were pursued from 1994 to 1998.
