Joe Zhou

Joe Zhou is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in public relations and international commerce. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Senior Vice President at Ogilvy since June 2014, Joe Zhou previously held positions as Vice President and Director at Ogilvy Public Relations from April 2007 to May 2014. Earlier in the career, Joe Zhou worked at the Ministry of Commerce, China, from 1992 to 2007, where roles included Director and First Secretary, as well as serving as the Economic & Commercial Consul at the Chinese Consulate in New York from September 2002 to September 2006. Joe Zhou's early diplomatic experience includes positions such as Third Secretary and Attaché at the Chinese Consulate from June 1995 to August 1998. Joe Zhou holds a Master's degree in International Finance from the University of International Business and Economics.
