Monty Bharali

Monty Bharali is an experienced human resources professional, currently serving as Chief Talent Officer and National Head of Talent and Human Resources at Ogilvy India since December 2015. Prior to this role, Monty was a Partner and Chief Engagement Officer at The Strategist and worked as a consulting professional in HR and business consulting. Monty has extensive experience in managing large teams, previously holding the position of Director and Head of Human Resources at DST Worldwide Services, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions for approximately 1700 associates across IT and ITES teams. Monty began a career in HR at Satyam Computer Services Ltd., where leadership roles spanned various divisions. Monty holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis International University.
