Madhvi Pahwa

Madhvi Pahwa currently serves as the Chief People Officer at GroupM, a position held since July 2021. Prior to this, Madhvi Pahwa was the Chief Talent Officer for Mindshare APAC from February 2015 to June 2021 and held the role of Global Talent Director at Maxus from July 2012 to March 2015. Early in the career, Madhvi Pahwa was the Managing Partner for Learning & Culture at GroupM India from January 2006 to June 2012, and worked at Coca-Cola India as GM of Brands from 1996 to 2006, following a role as Assistant Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble India from July 1994 to June 1996. Madhvi Pahwa holds a PGDM in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a B.Com (Hons) in Commerce and Economics from Sri Ram College of Commerce.
