Nina Rappaport

Nina Rappaport is the Global Head of Reward and Mobility at Ogilvy, responsible for developing reward strategies that support the business transformation initiatives for 14,000 employees since September 2021. Previously, Nina served as the Total Rewards/Human Resources Managing Director at Compensation Solutions Consulting, Inc., focusing on human resources strategy and M&A planning from 2014 to September 2021. Nina has a wealth of experience from a role as VP HR/Global Compensation at Nielsen, where leadership was provided for global compensation initiatives supporting 35,000 employees, and as VP Compensation & Benefits for The Americas, managing total rewards programs across North America. Earlier in Nina's career, a directorial role at American Express involved overseeing sales compensation strategy and process reengineering. Nina holds both an MA and BA in Psychology from Columbia University.
