Filipe Martins Vaz

Filipe Martins Vaz has been serving as an HR Analyst & Controller at OGMA-Indústria Aeronáutica de Portugal, S.A. since January 2020, where responsibilities include managing SAP Success Factors and spearheading payroll migration projects. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Analyst focused on developing HR indicators and compensation proposals, along with participation in a trainee program aimed at improving HR processes. Education includes a Master’s degree in Management of Services and Technology, alongside further studies in Applied Computing, all obtained from ISCTE-IUL, complemented by earlier experiences in student governance and internships in logistics and retail.
