Mohammad Naeem Ghouri

Mr, Mohammad Naeem Ghouri joined OGRA on 28th July 2022.

Mr. Ghouri is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He is result oriented and performance-driven professional with Leadership Skills having over 30 years of proven track record in Heading Finance, Procurement, Administration, and IT of oil and gas exploration and production companies in Pakistan as well as Internationally (mostly with multinational companies). In the role of Heading the Finance, he has also been involved in developing business strategies and mergers & acquisitions in the oil and gas industry.

He has attended numerous national and international training programs on leadership, strategy, International Financial Reporting Standards, and taxation. These also include the Oil and Gas Financial Management program at the University of Texas Dallas, USA, the Leadership program (Power to Manage) at IMD University, Switzerland, and the Leadership Program (Power to Lead) at Ashridge Business School, UK.

He started his carrier with A.F. Ferguson & Co Chartered Accountants (member form of Priceater house Coopers) in 1985 and remained there for 6 years and thereafter worked with British Gas Exploration & Production for 6 years as Finance Manager, Pakistan Oilfields Limited for 4 years as Finance manager and OMV (an Austrian Oil and Gas Company) for 18 years as Head of Finance/Deputy Country Head in Pakistan, Romania and Kurdistan Region of Iraq. His last job was with United Energy Pakistan before joining OGRA.
