Raphael Lhoir

Raphael Lhoir has held a variety of roles in the gaming industry since 2019. Raphael began their career at Oh BiBi as a Projet Manager - Community Growth, where they managed YouTube sponsoring campaigns, created and promoted a 'Creator Program', and communicated on social networks. In 2020, they moved to Ubisoft Paris Mobile as a Community Developer Assistant, where they were responsible for communication on social networks, bridging between the development team and the community, and competitive intelligence. In 2021, they joined Ubisoft as an Esports League Ops & Events Assistant, where they were responsible for the development and smooth running of EU and Challenger leagues, providing intelligence to the esports team, and supporting strategic APAC League topics. Raphael also returned to Oh BiBi in 2021 as a Community Manager.

Raphael Lhoir obtained a Master's degree from KEDGE Business School in 2021, majoring in Programme Grande École. Prior to that, they completed a Bi-Licence Économie et Gestion Langue et Sociétés du Monde Anglophone from Université Paris Nanterre in 2018, majoring in Économie et gestion.
