Fanny Cherest

Fanny Cherest is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Responsable des ressources humaines at Oh My Cream! since January 2024. Previously, Fanny held the same title at Les Domaines de Fontenille from July 2019 to December 2021, overseeing recruitment strategy, employee integration, and HR policy development for a group of 11 legal entities. Fanny managed various HR projects, including seven establishment openings and crisis management during the Covid-19 pandemic. At Bellota-Bellota® from February 2015 to July 2019, responsibilities included recruitment for multiple entities and administrative personnel management. Fanny began a working holiday in Australia in early 2014 and holds a degree from EMLV - École de Management Léonard de Vinci, complemented by a Baccalauréat from Lycée Notre Dame.
