Michael Rausch

Michael Rausch is currently a Producer at OH Partners. Prior to this, they worked as Counsel for White and Williams LLP from September 1997 to September 2010, and then as Of Counsel for Deasey, Mahoney & Valentini, Ltd. from October 2011 to December 2019.

Rausch has extensive experience in litigation, particularly in the areas of automotive, firearms, heavy equipment, and consumer products liability defense. Michael has also handled traumatic brain injury litigation, construction accident litigation, and trucking law. In addition to their legal work, Rausch has also developed and presented "Best Practices" training programs. Michael is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Michael Rausch received their Doctor of Law from The College of William and Mary - Marshall Wythe Law School. Prior to that, they completed their BA in Theirtory and International Relations from The College of William and Mary. Michael also attended Bishop Ireton High School.

Michael Rausch reports to Brandon Barnard, President. They are on a team with Louise Hipperson - Operations - Matter, Alex Kline - DP Editor/Tech Operations Manager, and Kyle Gilbert - Senior Producer.
