Franco Famularo has experience working in various roles in the real estate and investment banking industries. Franco started their career at Bank of America as an Analyst in the General Industrials Investment Banking Group from July 2005 to July 2006. Franco then joined Arcapita Inc. as an Associate in the Real Estate Private Equity Team from August 2006 to July 2009. Famularo then moved to Blackstone, where they worked as a Principal in Blackstone Real Estate Partners from August 2011 to April 2015. Currently, they are the Chief Investment Officer at Ohana Real Estate Investors since May 2015.

Franco Famularo obtained their MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2001 to 2005. Franco also attended The Lawrenceville School, although specific dates and degrees earned are not provided.
