Eike Volkmann

Eike Volkmann currently serves as the Head of Materials, Processes and Cleanliness at OHB SE, following a progression through various leadership roles within the company since September 2014. Additionally, Eike Volkmann has been the Team Leader of Materials and Processes at OHB System AG since September 2019, overseeing a dedicated team focused on developing innovative space solutions. Prior experience includes serving as a PhD student and research assistant at the Advanced Ceramics - University of Bremen from June 2010 to September 2014, and completing academic theses at Airbus Group. Eike Volkmann holds a Dr.-Ing. in Production Engineering and a Master of Science in the same field, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biomimetics from the University of Bremen and University of Applied Science Bremen, respectively.
