Leena Busche

Leena Busche has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving in a human resources capacity at OHB System since June 2016. Prior to this role, Leena worked as a Recruitment Communication Officer at INNOVATEAM from October 2012 to May 2016, where responsibilities included sourcing candidates across various technical fields, conducting interviews, and collaborating with sales managers on staffing needs. Earlier experience includes working at EuroTriade on the French-German desk, performing candidate screening and customer reporting, as well as assisting in procurement and finance at Salzgitter Mannesmann Stainless Tubes France and Salzgitter AG. Leena holds a Diplom in Business Economics with a focus on French and Spanish from Justus Liebig University Giessen, complemented by further education at Université Paris Nanterre.
