Magda Escorsa

Magda Escorsa is a skilled aerospace engineer with significant experience in satellite systems and navigation. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer for Navigation Satellites at OHB System AG since May 2023, Magda supports the OpSTAR predevelopment phase, contributing to satellite architecture and system requirements. Previous roles include a Satellite Operations System Engineer for the Galileo FOC, where Magda handled technical queries and anomaly investigations and participated in maintenance activities. A graduate research student at ISAE-SUPAERO, Magda developed a project on near rectilinear halo orbits, and has been involved in various capacities, including co-chairing technical activities for the 4th Symposium on Space Educational Activities and developing guidance algorithms as a trainee at GTD. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering with a Space Systems major from ISAE-SUPAERO and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
