Sara Pavesi

Sara Pavesi is a highly experienced aerospace professional with a diverse background in engineering, project management, and journalism. Currently serving as Lead System Engineer and Project Manager at OHB System AG since June 2018, Sara has led development programs in both Defence & Security and Space System Studies. Previous roles include Research Scientist at FOTEC, where Sara focused on thruster characterization for space applications, and various research assistant positions at Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt. Sara has also contributed as a journalist at massacritica.eu and has experience in education as a private tutor and sailing instructor. An accomplished academic, Sara holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, along with additional qualifications from the Universität Stuttgart and participation in several workshops and summer schools related to aerospace.
