Satellite Navigation Payload System Architect at OHB SE

Victor Sterie is a Satellite Navigation Payload Engineer at OHB SE since April 2023, focusing on the development and testing of the Galileo Second Generation payload and the new LEO PNT Constellation IOD. Previously, Victor worked at GMV NSL from June 2021 to April 2023 as a GNSS Time and Frequency Engineer, contributing to the QUANTICO project for the European Space Agency. Prior experience includes a research role at CentraleSupélec - EM2C in advanced laser diagnostics, a study on microwave invisibility at ISAE-SUPAERO, and a role as a Research Assistant at INCDT - COMOTI, where Victor published work on centrifugal blower optimization. Completing a Master's in Space Imaging, Navigation and Communication at ISAE-SUPAERO and a Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, Victor has a solid foundation in aerospace and navigation technologies.
