Marcus Vivona has a diverse work experience in the field of housing and financial management. Marcus is currently the Executive Vice President - Corporate Strategy at Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing, a position they have held since March 2023. Previously, Marcus served as the Senior Vice President, Director of Asset Management at the same company from April 2021 to March 2023, and as the VP, Asset and Risk Management from April 2020 to April 2021.
Prior to joining Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing, Marcus worked at Boston Financial Investment Management, LP as the Senior Vice President - Equity Production from May 2018 to April 2020. Marcus also held various positions at National Affordable Housing Trust (NAHT), including Senior Vice President, Director of Acquisitions and Financial Structuring from July 2014 to January 2018, and Vice President, Origination and Development from August 2013 to July 2014.
Before NAHT, Marcus worked as the Director of Asset Management at Volunteers of America from June 2009 to August 2013. Marcus also gained experience at National Affordable Housing Trust (NAHT) as a Development Specialist from August 2005 to June 2009, and at Franklin Capital Group as an Assistant Vice President from April 2003 to August 2005.
Further back in their career, Marcus worked at Volunteers of America as the Director of Asset Management from August 2000 to April 2003. Marcus also served as a Senior Asset Manager at NHP, an AIMCO Company from May 1999 to August 2000, and as a Senior Associate at Reznick Group from April 1996 to May 1999.
Marcus Vivona earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from Nazareth University. Marcus attended the university from 1993 to 1995. Additionally, they completed an Executive Certificate program in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, studying from 2011 to 2012.
