Bobette Poussart

Bobette Poussart has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Bobette currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union, where they oversee talent management and acquisition, benefits, training and development, and employee relations. Prior to this role, Bobette worked as a Human Resource Partner at McCarthy, Burgess & Wolff, where they designed and implemented effective recruitment strategies. Bobette also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at The Reserves Network, providing strategic guidance and support to executives and senior management. Bobette has held various other HR positions throughout their career, including roles at AkzoNobel, eSearch, Adecco, STERIS Corporation, Interactive Information Services, and Kichler Lighting.

Bobette Poussart attended St. Therese from 1973 to 1981 for their primary education. Bobette then joined Lumen Cordium High School from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained their high school diploma. Following this, Poussart enrolled at Cleveland State University and completed their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Economics, spanning from 1985 to 1990. Finally, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Lake Erie College from 1995 to 1997.
