T.j. Dotson

T.J. Dotson's work experience begins in 1999 as an Assistant Store Manager at Uni Mart. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as a Financial Representative at American General Finance. Dotson then joined Citizens Bank, now part of FirstMerit Bank, N.A., in 2002 as a Branch Manager - AVP, where they focused on growing and retaining consumer and business deposits and loans. T.J. successfully turned around an underperforming office, making it an award-winning and high-performing branch from 2007 to 2011. Dotson joined NeuroMed Plus Inc. in 2011 as a Business Manager and remained in that role until 2018. Since 2018, they have been working at Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union as a VP - Branch Community Manager, overseeing sales and operations in the Garfield Heights and Macedonia offices, with the goal of growing loans and deposits in profitable markets.

T.J. Dotson has a diverse education history. T.J. attended Strongsville High School from 1993 to 1997, where they completed a high school program focused on college preparatory, honors, and advanced placement coursework. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Management Science and Information Systems at Penn State University from 1997 to 2001. T.J. then continued their education at Cleveland State University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2006 to 2008.

Aside from their formal education, T.J. has also achieved additional certifications. In December 2002, they obtained a certification as a Notary Public. Furthermore, in July 2011, they earned certification as a NMLS, although the institution where they obtained this certification is not specified.
