David Tobin

David Tobin has over 20 years of experience in juvenile justice and parole supervision. Currently serving as Regional Administrator for the Ohio Department of Youth Services since September 2006, David oversees juvenile parole operations across Ohio's 45 southernmost counties. Previously, David held various roles within the Ohio Department of Youth Services, including Parole Officer Supervisor and Senior Parole Officer, where responsibilities included case management, staff training, and compliance monitoring. David's early career includes working as a Probation Officer at Crawford County Juvenile Court and a Youth Supervisor at Marion County Juvenile Court. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Bowling Green State University in 2002.
