Ida Gorman

Ida Gorman currently serves as the Assistant Principal at Claymont High School since July 2024. Previously, Ida was an Ohio's New Educators (ONE) Member Ambassador at the Ohio Education Association from June 2022 to July 2024, focusing on supporting early career educators. Ida has extensive teaching experience, including roles as an 8th Grade Language Arts Teacher at Osnaburg Local School District and a 5th Grade Language Arts Teacher at Malvern Elementary School. Additional teaching positions include a Summer School Teacher at Louisville Elementary School and teaching Language Arts and Social Studies at St. Mary's Catholic School. Ida holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's Degree in Middle Childhood Education from the University of Mount Union.
