Jacci Daniel Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in labor relations, student diversity programs, and fundraising within higher education. Currently serving as a Labor Relations Consultant for the Ohio Education Association since September 2020, Jacci has been with Youngstown State University since 2004, holding multiple roles including Assistant Director of Student Diversity Programs and Annual Giving Coordinator. Experience includes planning recruitment strategies for diverse student populations, managing diversity scholarship programs, exceeding fundraising goals through innovative campaigns, and cultivating relationships with alumni and community organizations. Jacci's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Professional Communication from Youngstown State University and dual Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University.

OEA represents more than 122,000 teachers, faculty members and support professionals who work in Ohio's schools, colleges and universities to help improve public education and the lives of Ohio's children. OEA members provide a wide range of professional education services in communities throughout the state. Our members teach in kindergarten classrooms, high school labs and university halls. They counsel adolescents and help students carve out career aspirations. We coach athletes and transport students to and from the schools and extra-curricular events. We provide professional services to benefit students, schools and the public in virtually every position needed to run Ohio's schools.
