Kristy Kronauge, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Ohio ENT & Allergy Physicians since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kristy worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at MML RESOURCES LLC, where efforts focused on assisting restaurant franchisee owners with HR solutions. Kristy has extensive experience in the hospitality sector, having held positions such as Regional Director of Human Resources for Hilton Management Focused Service Division (2018-2022) and Aimbridge Hospitality (2007-2018), where strategic partnerships with property general managers were emphasized to enhance operational performance. Kristy started their career as the Director of Human Resources at Embassy Suites Columbus-Dublin (2000-2007), overseeing HR functions for a substantial workforce. Educationally, Kristy holds a B.S. in Human Resources Management and Business Management from Franklin University, an Associate's degree in Hospitality Management from Owens Community College, and certifications in Human Resources Management from SHRM and HRCI.
