Ohio High School Athletic Association
Dale Fortner has extensive experience in educational leadership and human resources, currently serving as a Board Member for the Ohio High School Athletic Association since August 2012. Dale has held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Sandridge Food Corporation from July 2013 to August 2025. Additional contributions include serving on the Board of Directors for both the Medina County Economic Development Corporation and the Greater Medina Chamber of Commerce from 2014 to 2019 and 2018, respectively. Dale was the Superintendent of Wadsworth City Schools from August 1998 to June 2013, focusing on educational leadership and fiscal management. Academic qualifications include an Ed.D. in Administrative Leadership for Teaching and Learning from Walden University and a Master of Arts in Educational Administration from The University of Akron.
