Phil Sager has been working as a Systems Developer at Ohio History Connection since July 2000. Prior to this, Phil worked as the Coordinator of Computer-Assisted Reference Services at the University of Louisville from 1991 to 1998. Phil obtained a Specialist Degree in SLIS focusing on Digital Libraries and Web Development from Indiana University Bloomington in 2000.
