Barbara Richards

Barbara Richards has extensive experience in program management and leadership within various organizations, including the Ohio Housing Finance Agency as the 4% Housing Tax Credit Section Chief. Prior roles include serving as Deputy Chief and Senior Program Manager at the Ohio Department of Development, and multiple positions at the Ohio Regional Development Corporation, culminating in Senior Program Manager. Additionally, Barbara held the role of Independent Sales Consultant at THE PAMPERED CHEF, LTD., and worked as a Student Services Support Coordinator at LACA. Barbara earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Ohio University between 1999 and 2003.
