Ben Peyton

Ben Peyton is an experienced professional in public finance and policy analysis, currently serving as the 4% Tax Credit Section Chief at the Ohio Housing Finance Agency since June 2025. Prior to this role, Ben managed residential lending at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh and served in various capacities at Greater Kansas City LISC, where significant contributions included underwriting a $850,000 predevelopment loan for local cultural and affordable housing projects. Earlier experience includes budget management at the City of Columbus, and policy analysis roles in both Innovation Ohio and the Ohio House of Representatives. Ben holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
