Cody R. Price

Cody R. Price, PhD, serves as the 9% Housing Tax Credit Section Chief at the Ohio Housing Finance Agency since January 2018, where responsibilities include developing affordable housing policy through research and data analysis. Additionally, Cody holds a position as a lecturer at The Ohio State University, teaching various courses in city and regional planning since 2019. Cody has previously worked as a visiting assistant professor and in various teaching and research roles at The Ohio State University from 2013 to 2017. Cody's educational background includes a PhD in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University, a Master's degree from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University. Cody is also the host of the Doorsteps Podcast.
