Kellen Showes

Kellen Showes, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Compliance at the Ohio Housing Finance Agency since July 2023 and holds a position as a Board Member for Imagine Schools since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles at the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority from January 2017 to July 2023, where responsibilities encompassed Development Manager, Housing Assistance Manager, and management of the Recertifications Department under the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Kellen Showes was also an Asset Manager for the City of Canton, Ohio, from July 2012 to December 2016, and previously held positions including Council Clerk and Telecommunicator. Early career experience includes internships in local government and with Senator Sherrod Brown’s office, as well as roles at GE and the Meyers Lake YMCA. Kellen Showes earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, both from Ohio University.
