Lori Winters has extensive experience in human resources. Lori started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Worthington Steel in 1990 and worked there until 1994. Lori then moved on to become an HR Manager at Worthington Cylinder Corporation from 1994 to 1998. From 1998 to 2009, they worked as an HR Manager at Worthington Industries. In 2009, Lori joined Ohio Living, where they held the position of Director of Human Resources until August 2020. Lori then transitioned to their current role as an Area Director of Human Resources at Ohio Living.
Lori Winters obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, where they attended from 1990 to 1994. Lori later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Otterbein University from 2001 to 2005.
