Tamara Hentosz, SHRM-CP, CPRW, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Ohio Living since December 2019 and as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Hondros College since January 2019. Prior experience includes working as an HR Generalist at GO-HR from March 2014 to December 2019, where a focus was placed on strategic operations and recruitment for small professional services firms. Tamara also held the position of Training Manager/General Manager at Barnes & Noble from January 1997 to March 2011, overseeing an $11M business while enhancing sales through exceptional customer service and employee training. Additionally, Tamara was a District Manager for The Discovery Channel from April 1991 to December 1996, managing operations for ten stores in the Great Lakes region. Tamara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Psychology from Franklin University.
