Paul Greff

Paul Greff, CFA, currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS) since March 2009, overseeing the largest state pension fund in Ohio and the 11th largest public retirement system in the U.S. Previously, Paul held the position of Deputy Chief Investment Officer at OPERS, contributing to various investment committees including Private Alternatives, Public Alternatives, Global Fixed Income, Global Equity, Fund Management, and Operational Risk. Prior to joining OPERS, Paul was the Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Global Bonds at State Street Global Advisors, where responsibility included managing a $220 billion portfolio in Global Fixed Income and serving as a member of the Investment Committee. Paul holds an MBA in Economics from the University of Detroit Mercy and a BA in Political Science from Kalamazoo College.
