Chuck Meadows serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Ohio River South, focusing on growth and performance within one of the largest government relations firms in the Southeast since September 2023. Previously, Chuck was the Executive Director of the Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School from April 2019 to June 2023 and held the same position at the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership from November 2014 to August 2016. Chuck founded Jim Adams, LLC, an urban agriculture company, serving as Chairman until December 2019. Significant experience includes roles as Vice President of Public Policy at the Metro Atlanta Chamber, where Chuck led substantial public policy initiatives, and Chief of Budget & Fiscal Policy for the City of Atlanta, responsible for large-scale budget planning. Previously, Chuck worked as Policy Director for the Speaker of the House in the Georgia General Assembly and in various positions with Ernst & Young and the State of Georgia. Chuck Meadows holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Morehouse College.
