Mike Penner is an accomplished executive in athletic administration, currently serving as the Executive Associate AD at The Ohio State University Department of Athletics since July 2018. With a strategic focus on overseeing a 36-sport athletic department comprising over 1,000 student-athletes and 1,700 employees, Mike leads various operational areas, including facility management, capital projects, event management, and digital media services. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Senior Associate AD at Ohio State from July 2013 to July 2018. Mike earned a Master's degree in Sport Management from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from the University of Dayton.
