Martyn Moss

Martyn Moss currently serves as the Assistant Toll Plaza Supervisor at the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission since March 2023. Previously, Martyn held the position of Manager of Building Services at Youngstown State University from July 2010 to November 2023, overseeing janitorial services, recycling services, and campus surplus with a focus on operations management, personnel supervision, budget oversight, and goal implementation. Prior roles include Contract Administrator at Forum Health, where responsibilities involved negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance for group purchasing, and Materials Manager at Select Specialty Hospital, managing pricing and environmental compliance. Martyn's career began in the United States Air Force as Security Police from 1984 to 1988. Martyn holds a Master of Arts in Professional Communications, a Bachelor's Degree in Health Marketing Management, and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Youngstown State University.
