Chang Liu

Chang Liu is a professor at Ohio University, holding this position since 2002, and has served as the founding director of The VITAL Lab at the same institution since October 2006. Prior to this, Chang Liu was a graduate research assistant at the University of California, Irvine, from 1996 to 2002. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Information and Computer Science from UC Irvine and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Fudan University.
