Don Pendergast III

Don Pendergast III, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Director of DevOps & IT Infrastructure at Ohio University, overseeing three teams: Software Engineering, Middleware & Enterprise Architecture, and Project Management. With extensive experience at Ohio University spanning nearly two decades, Don has held various leadership roles including Application Integration & Development Manager, where responsibilities included managing a department of 18 professionals and overseeing multiple development teams. Notable achievements include leading the technical implementation of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and enhancing departmental capabilities while increasing student developer participation. An MBA in Business Analytics further complements Don's strong background in computer science, which began with a BS from Ohio University.
