Kelley Gruber

Kelley Gruber currently serves as the Manager of the Substitute Care and Permanency Division within the Training Content Team at Ohio University, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Kelley was the Training Manager at the Institute for Human Services from August 2005 to February 2021. Kelley holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on nonprofit management from Ohio University, expected to be completed in May 2025. Additionally, Kelley earned a Master's degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University between 1996 and 1998, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Furman University, graduated in May 1994.
