Thomas Turnbaugh has extensive experience in intercollegiate athletics, particularly within a Division 1 football program at Ohio University since September 2018, where roles have included Assistant DFO, Director of Video, and Director of Video and Recruiting Services. Prior to this, from May 2017 to August 2018, Thomas served as a Student Football Coaching Assistant and Hudl Coordinator at Parkside High School, where a new offensive scheme was implemented for approximately 80 athletes while building strong relationships with coaches and students. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management and Business Analytics, along with a Coaching Education Minor from Ohio University, completed in 2022.
