Ivan Francuski

Ivan Francuski has a diverse range of experience in the field of design, animation, and education. Currently, they are working at Outfit7 as the Director of Design and Animation. Prior to this role, they served as a Docent at the Academy of Arts, Novi Sad, where they were responsible for teaching and mentoring students in game design. Ivan was also a Lead Technical Artist at Playrix RS, where they utilized their technical skills in art production. At Eipix Entertainment, Ivan held multiple roles including Education Manager, Head of Education, and HR Manager, where they played a crucial role in the company's growth and development. Additionally, they served as a Docent at the University Educons in both the Faculty of Information Technology and the Faculty of Digital Production, teaching courses related to video game production. Ivan also gained international experience as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Florida. Ivan Francuski has an extensive education history. Ivan started their academic journey at the Isidora Sekulić grammar school in Novi Sad, where they obtained a high school diploma in Linguistics and humanities in 2004.

After completing high school, Ivan enrolled at the Academy of Arts, University of Novi Sad, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Graphics. Ivan studied in this field from 2004 to 2009 and received a university diploma equivalent to a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree.

Driven to further their artistic knowledge, Ivan continued their education at the same institution. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in New Media Arts. During this period, they deepened their expertise in this particular field.

Not content with just one specialization, Ivan decided to diversify their skill set. From 2011 to 2013, they pursued another Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree, this time in Graphics. This allowed him to gain a comprehensive understanding of different aspects of the arts.

In addition to their academic achievements, Ivan also obtained a variety of certifications. In 2003, they earned a Certificate in Advanced English with a grade A from the Cambridge English Language Assessment, via the British Council in Belgrade. Moreover, they acquired several certifications related to professional development and management skills. These included certifications in Unity development, building interpersonal relationships and conflict management, internal communication in the organization, managing stress and conflict through assertive communication, as well as understanding differences in the workplace with an emphasis on the LGBT population.
