Christopher Wells

Christopher Wells has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 20 years. Christopher currently works as the Director of Human Resources at Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries since February 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Human Resource Manager at the same company from February 2019 to February 2023.

Before joining Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries, Christopher worked at various organizations in different HR roles. These include being a Human Resources Generalist at BWAY Corporation from December 2017 to July 2018, a Human Resources Generalist at American Foods Group from February 2016 to December 2017, and a Contract Human Resource Professional at Robert Half International from March 2013 to January 2016.

Additionally, Christopher has held roles such as an Assistant at CFC Benefits from November 2012 to February 2014, a Human Resource Manager and a Human Resource Generalist at The MEDLAB from July 2009 to May 2011 and from April 2010 to April 2010 respectively, and a Benefit Specialist at CFC Benefits from August 2005 to July 2009.

Furthermore, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at HCR ManorCare from November 2004 to August 2005, and as the Director of Human Resources at Mercy Health Partners from September 1996 to November 2003. At Mercy Health Partners, Christopher played a key role in strategic planning, policy administration, and HR initiatives.

Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from the same university, completing their undergraduate studies from 1990 to 1993. Furthermore, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management HRCI in January 2013.
