Joy Jones

Joy Jones is an experienced higher education administrator and business leader, currently serving as Vice President Institutional Initiatives and Vice President of Academic Affairs at Ohio Valley University since March 2014. Prior to that role, Joy was the Vice President of Finance/CFO at the same institution from April 2007 to October 2010. In addition to higher education, Joy has significant experience in the business sector, holding the position of President/Treasurer at C & E Stores, Inc. since July 1971 and serving as Managing Member of Pentajay Company, LLC since January 1981, focusing on real estate leasing. Joy holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, all from Ohio University.
