Philip Demosthenes

Philip Demosthenes brings extensive experience in access management and transportation policy, currently updating the Dubai Access Management Manual at Dubai RTA and TrafQuest. As Principal and Owner of Philip B Demosthenes, LLC since 2009, consulting services encompass all aspects of access management for highways and streets. In a concurrent role as Access Management Lead for Iowa DOT, Philip assists in implementing a new access management program. Additionally, instructional duties at UC Berkeley focus on access management topics. Prior experience includes senior planning at Parametrix Inc. and over 25 years leading the access program at Colorado DOT. Educational qualifications include an MFA in Planning from the California Institute of the Arts and studies at UC San Diego and UC Santa Barbara.
