La'Gesha Hill

La'Gesha Hill has over nine years of experience in community service and mental health, currently serving as a Community Mental Health Worker at OhioGuidestone since July 2016. Previously, La'Gesha worked as a Case Manager at Metropolitan Community Services - T.O.U.C.H. and Alvis, Inc., where responsibilities included creating Individualized Service Plans and assisting at-risk youth and adults in resource navigation. La'Gesha has also held leadership roles and mentoring positions during university years at Ohio Dominican University, earning Bachelor’s Degrees in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Additionally, La'Gesha has experience in event planning, client support, and administrative duties across various internships and part-time positions.
